As the virtual walkthrough Technology marched on, virtual landscape and building roaming become popular research topics in recent years. This work is based on Sanlihe Park in Jiaozhou, mainly applying 3ds Max and Unity 3D software to display the completed and planned the scenic area, in which pop out two pieces of works: Roaming animation made by the video editing software (Premiere and AE) through transforming the different camera positions and light adjustments in Unity 3D and 3ds Max software to export the animation sequence frames, which is based on 3ds Max software, and Interactive walkthrough of scenic area based on Unity 3D software, the operator can roam in the simulated 3D scene through the a first-person view.
This work enables people to experience immersive experiences and all aspects sightseeing in the Sanlihe scenic area, Jiaozhou, in a virtual three-dimensional environment with dynamic interaction and roaming animation,which can be invested in the city advertisement in the future.
